Associate Academic Advisor East Bay
The Associate Academic Advisor plays a vital role in furthering Cal State East Bay's strategic goals, vision, mission, and values as described in Cal State East Bay’s Future Directions Strategic Plan as well as with CSU-wide goals and initiatives. These outcomes are accomplished by delivering holistic, consistent, sophisticated and comprehensive academic advising services to students with majors and minors within the College of Education and Allied Studies. This position provides students with accurate, timely advising and evaluation of coursework as applicable to the completion of their major, general education, university graduation requirements and information on the credential and graduate programs. This position will also assist students in pursuing their educational and career goals through various steps such as career assessments, graduate school research, connecting with faculty advisors, and career services, etc. The advisor autonomously addresses and resolves student issues with evidence-based strategies and maintains student records to ensure they meet Title 5, CSU, and University degree requirements. They assist with academic petitions, guide degree progression, and work collaboratively with academic departments, the registrar, and other campus offices to tackle a variety of student challenges. Additionally, this role involves active participation in the development and execution of policies and strategic planning in the advising sphere, all aimed at promoting the success, persistence, and timely graduation of students within their specific college or department. This position supports the whole student by providing information and guidance with clarity and kindness. Advising at the Concord campus or representation at events held at other institutions may at times be required.

Fire Plans Examiner Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Fire Plans Examiner to conduct plan review to ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations and standards, as adopted by the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM). This position will also ensure compliance with CSU internal policies relating to fire and panic safety construction and may represent the campus in interacting with municipal fire departments.
Enterprise Infrastructure Analyst Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Analyst to be responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of the CSU's Common Management System (CMS), PeopleSoft Human Resources, Campus Solutions, and Finance Applications, and third-party interfaces for business continuity, optimal performance, and system capacity. As a member of the ITS Technical Services team, participating in projects, documentation, and support of Enterprise Systems. These projects require collaboration and coordination of effort and resources with the CMS teams, 23 campuses, vendors, contractors, and hosting partners. The expert level position must possess advanced, comprehensive and technical expertise of the HCM system, database management and demonstrated expertise with PeopleSoft Web Services. Specific technical support and development assignments may change at any time based on Application Development’s projects and priorities, including supporting other applications within the area.

Lead Carpenter San José
The Lead Carpenter, assigned to the Carpenter Shop within the Maintenance & Operations unit of Facilities Development & Operations, works under general supervision and provides lead direction for journey-level crafts workers and semi-skilled assistants, laying out and coordinating the work flow for the shop, preparing materials lists, and ordering supplies in addition to performing work as a skilled carpenter. Staff within the Carpenter Shop are responsible for a full range of journey-level skilled work in rough and finished skilled carpentry, to ensure a clean, safe, attractive, and well maintained learning environment.
