The incumbent oversees the campus' tour program including: management of the campus tour schedule; training, evaluation, mentorship, and supervision of the student ambassadors; coordination of on and off campus recruitment events; oversight of the Admissions Welcome Center front desk reception area; and the coordination of the virtual campus tour site. The incumbent meets with groups of prospective students and their families to present and explains admissions procedures, application filing deadlines, costs, student services and academic programs at SF State often via group/classroom in person and virtual presentations.
