Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $4,853.33 per month
This position is full-time, probationary, exempt, and includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.

Under the direction of the Associate Athletics Director for Sports Medicine, the Assistant Director assists with implementing and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment with focus on the tracking and prevention of injuries to student-athletes, emergency medical preparedness and immediate care, progressive management of injuries and rehabilitation under established protocols. Primary sports responsibility to be assigned by the Associate Athletics Director for Sports Medicine. This position will be responsible for supervising undergraduate and graduate athletic training students as well as supervising certified athletic training interns and graduate assistants in professional preparation positions.

- Familiarity with NCAA regulations regarding supplements and health and safety of student-athletes
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year institution with an Athletic Training, Kinesiology or Health-related major course of study.
- Minimum two years of experience as an athletic trainer at the collegiate level and/or a professional sports team.
