Anticipated Hiring Salary: $3,796.00 per month____
Full classification Salary Range: $3,796.00 - $5,369.00 per month
- This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 14 paid holidays a year. The Transfer Admissions Unit in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment is
responsible for providing admission and advising services that assist transfer students in
their transition to the university. The Transfer Admissions Unit admits incoming transfer
students; advises transfer students regarding their admissions requirements and their
transfer credit applicable to baccalaureate programs; identifies requirements for their
particular major; and advises students regarding appropriate pathways for meeting major
and General Education degree requirements.

Education and Experience
- Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job-related field
- Additional specialized experience during which the applicant has acquired and successfully applied the knowledge and abilities of the position may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
- Two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or in a related field
- A master's degree in a job-related field may be substituted for one year of professional experience
